14 customers on Saturday. 15 customers yesterday. I didn’t do much of anything this weekend, since my sister is in town for her bday. 9 customers today (as I write this at 10:55 am). Roughly 50/50 from ads/organic. Here’s the wild part… It’s been exactly one week since I took every offer offline and went all in on The Offer Wizard™. Some people might call that “brave.” Some might call it “dumb AF”. Both are fair. I’m still dialing things in. For example, my AOV (Average Order Value) is not where I’d like it to be. My email follow-up sequence isn’t working as well as I’d like it to be working. I launched ads last Tuesday. Ad spend: $181.19 Slightly profitable, but here’s how I’m looking at it… I’m getting paid to build a list of customers. Not “leads” or “freebie seekers”. Customers. People who whipped out their debit card and bought. And yes, running ads this time of year is like trying to buy Taylor Swift tickets during a full moon. Chaotic. Expensive. Filled with emotional trauma. But we 3 Hour Creators play the long game. Over the next few weeks, I’ll tweak the funnel, optimize the AOV, and get the email sequence getting “TAKE MY MONEY, ADAM!!!” replies.
