I graduated from high school at 159 lbs. That was back in 2000. Just a few years ago, right? I had a wild idea back in May… Could I get down to 159 lbs by my birthday (August 8th)? I was 175.8 lbs on May 12th. Just so I could say… “I haven’t gained a single pound in 25 years” Silly? Maybe. Is it effective? 100%. I weighed 163.2 this morning. Here’s the thing… We’re going to Montana on Sunday for a week. I know I’m not going to eat healthy on vacation, so I need to hit my goal by Sunday. Why am I sharing this with you? I’m not really doing this to lose weight. I do these little challenges to myself as they build something far more important: Confidence. Any time I set a goal, and I follow through with it… I become a better version of myself. It’s why I:
Not to flex. But it builds trust and belief in myself. I do things I say I’m gonna do. The more trust and self respect I gain? It changes everything. It has a “ripple effect” in all areas of my life. Entrepreneurship is a game of confidence. Nothing more, nothing less. Confidence doesn’t come from scrolling Instagram, or watching YouTube videos. It comes from keeping the promises you make to yourself. Ironically — or not — the more my confidence increases, the better my business does. It’s not magic, it’s momentum. If you’ve been stuck, dragging your feet, or overanalyzing every damn detail…don’t overcomplicate it. Start small (ex: eat carrots instead of French fries at dinner). And keep that promise. Expand from there. That single (sure, maybe silly) shift can unlock the momentum you’ve been waiting for. Pick something small and start stacking your wins. Then watch how everything changes…quickly. YOU GOT THIS 🙌 In your corner, When you’re ready, here are a couple of ways I can help you…
