The “Sally Sue Syndrome” that nukes your momentum

I had a customer hit me up on Volley about shiny object syndrome.

Here’s what I told him…

You start with a plan.
You feel good.
You take action.

Then you see Sally Sue who’s smiling on Instagram, sipping a latte, showing off how she made $7 in 23 minutes doing something that looks far easier than what you’re doing.

So you jump ship.

You now follow Sally Sue’s plan.

Two weeks later…

You see Steve over on Tik Tok with a big ol’ grin doing something that appears even faster and cleaner and requires exactly zero effort (supposedly).

So you jump ship AGAIN.

Next thing you know you’re on a never ending merry-go-round of half finished projects.

Alex Hormozi said it best:

“Creating a plan is easy.
Executing a plan is easy.
Sticking to a plan is HARD.”

That’s the TRUTH.

Here’s the part most people don’t wanna hear:

Everything works.
Every niche.
Every model.
Every strategy.

But only IF you work it long enough for momentum to finally show up.

Deleting social media off my phone helped kill shiny object syndrome.

Stick to ONE damn plan.

Oner offer. One message. One platform.

Tunnel fu*king vision.

Funny how life gets a whole lot easier when you stop chasing every “faster and easier” hack on the internet.

And speaking of sticking to one plan…
