I wasn’t planning on writing this email. I was going to write a much longer blog post in 2026 with my 3 biggest mistakes of 2025 (still might do that). But I saw a post from Hannah Pippins, and inspired me to create a Reel about my biggest mistake of 2025. The Reel is about 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Shot in one take. Just hit record and yapped (see it here) Here is my biggest mistake: I launched too many offers. I’ve launched around a dozen offers in the last 18 months. 4 of them have sold 750+ each. This ain’t a “nothing worked” pity party. Here’s the part that stings… What if I had gone ALL IN on Threads Unleashed (2,000+ customers. 236 testimonials.)? What if I had gone ALL IN on the Digital Product Challenge (500+ customers. The Challenge help 140 people launch their own product.) What if I combined the Challenge & the Piss Off Boss Playbook (757 sales & dozens of testimonials). One is about creating an offer and the other is about getting traffic (the 2 things you need to make magic Internet monies)? Just total focus on one offer and making it bigger and better over time (with customer feedback). I bet I left at least $100,000 on the table by offer hopping. Alex Hormozi calls this “the lady in the red dress.” The distraction that looks more exciting than the thing that’s already working. I fell for it. Repeatedly.
