Woke up this morning and whispered two words to myself:
CARNIVORE MONTH.
Again.
Yes, I said the same thing on January 1st.
Told myself, “I’m gonna only eat beef, bacon & eggs and feeling amazing!”
9 days alter, I’m in the panty at 10:47 pm elbows deep in the box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch like it was my last meal before the electric chair.
Bot today is different.
Why?
Well, Speedo season is right around the corner (I apologize for the visual 😜)
It’s April.
And I refuse to let another month pass me by while I snack like a pregnant woman with triplets.
Clean slate. Fresh start. Sharp focus.
And it got me thinking…
This whole “starting over” thing?
It doesn’t just apply to meat & macros.
