I ain’t gonna lie… This football season has been humbling. Rough. Not good for my pride & ego. We had our 4th game this afternoon. Lost 21–14. We were down 14 – 0 after the first quarter. I’m thinking…”this is gonna get UGLY, fast” (Last week’s 28–2 loss still fresh in my soul 😅) But then we scored, 14 – 7. We stopped them a few times, and now it’s 14 – 14. The energy shifted, and the parents got louder on the sidelines. My son caught his FIRST touchdown, and then threw one shortly after. Proud Dad moment achieved. The drive home was a lot different today, compared to last week. I recorded a voice note to my sister on the drive home filled with excitement. I’m usually not a fan of “moral victories”, but I needed this one today. Here’s what I’ve been thinking about since I got home… Most Creators quit right before the energy shifts. They post for 30 days, and complain “it’s not working”. They launch an offer that doesn’t fly off the shelves like they had hoped. They look at these as losses.
