Yesterday I got my first refund request for MonetizedOS™. This guy’s been in the industry for 20+ years and knows his sh*t. He lives in Michigan, about 90 minutes from where I grew up. His exact word: “Unusable.” He was 100% right. So instead of just processing the refund, I asked if he’d jump on a call with me. He said yes. We chatted for 1 hour and 20 minutes! About all kinds of things. We kicked off the call with Michigan weather, of course. He walked me through some of his frustrations, and I got to work. Here’s what I’ve fixed so far today: The chat window wasn’t scrollable. You couldn’t see the beginning of your convo. DOH! FIXED. The AI was dumping all the questions in a big wall of text. Overwhelming AF. Not the coaching experience I had intended. FIXED. It now asks one question at a time, and waits for your response. it’s an actual conversation. Drafts are saved if you switch screens. FIXED. By the end of our call, he logged back into the platform and said “this is much better.” He’s keeping his membership.
