I write one email. Then I do this.

I write one email a day.

I’ve missed one day since July 27th, and that was on March 9th, when my daughter was in the hospital.

Most days it takes 15-20 minutes.

But it doesn’t end there…

After I hit send, I open Claude and run my email through a Claude skill I built (for long form Threads)

(I’m developing a *bit* of an obsession with Claude skills. Feels like a cheat code, honestly)

30 seconds later, I’ve got a fully formatted longform thread.

Same story & voice, just a different format.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: I write an email (I have a theme for each day that’s part of my overall content strategy). Story → Observation → Soft CTA (I call it my S.O.S. Formula)

Step 2: Kit automatically publishes the email to my blog.

Step 3: I paste the finished email into my Claude Project where I have a Claude skill called “Threads Long Form”. It knows my voice, rules, lingo, offer, market, & formatting. No explaining or back and forth mumbo jumbo.

Step 4: The Skill spits out a 8-10 part long form Thread that I copy and paste into Blacktwist (the Threads scheduling app I use). Hook → Story build → Mirror to Creator → Lesson → Close with a pitch to join my newsletter.

I review it, make a few small tweaks and schedule it to post AFTER the email goes out (which goes out at 4:15 pm PST).

That’s it.

One email turns into a blog post AND a long form thread.

3 pieces of content. One story. About 25ish minutes in total.

Here’s yesterday’s email (as a blog post), and the long form Thread version.

Most creators think they have a content problem.

Nah, they have a SYSTEM problem.

They’re hustling their face off creating fresh ideas, on 70-11 platforms, all day, everyday.

No, thank you.

Build the system once, and let the system do the heavy lifting.

YOU GOT THIS 🙌

In your corner,
Adam.
