I snapped a pic of a graphic on the screen at church this morning:
Isn’t that the truth? How we see ourselves shapes our decisions, our moods, our income, our parenting, our habits…everything. It’s why I practice positive self talk. Yea, I yap to myself. I hype myself up throughout the day. I have the word “Believe” tattooed on my left wrist. I wear a bracelet on my right wrist that reads “Believe” on one side, and “Never Settle” on the other. These are to serve as constant reminders. I follow people online who lift me up and inspire me (I’m very picky with the people I follow online). I’m picky with people who I associate out with in real life. I chat with my sister daily. She’s filled with positivity and optimism. She’s got good energy. I chat with my buddy Conrad just about daily, who’s brainwashed me to look through life with the lens of gratitude. I chat with my friend Audrey, who constantly lifts me up. My energy is more important than my money and time. I purposely hang with people who lift me up because it shapes how I feel about myself. They help me shift my perspectives on things. Like we’ve all heard 3,019 times before… “You’re the average of the 5 people you hang out with” Your circle is a “cheat code”. Surround yourself with winners. YOU GOT THIS 🙌 In your corner, When you’re ready, here are a couple of ways I can help you…
