I posted on Threads this weekend: STOP selling 10 different offers. START selling 1 offer, daily. I’ve posted this a number of times over the last year or so. Then I got this comment: The real challenge is to figure that 1 offer. Fair point. My reply was simple… I would launch one offer/month until I found a validated offer. Make tweaks/adjustments as you go through the process. I can’t imagine you don’t find a kickass offer by the end of month 3 doing that. Also, I wouldn’t create an offer until I got at least 5 people asking me for it (How do you do XYZ?” or “Do you have a training on ABC?”) If people aren’t asking, focus on creating DEMAND And I mean that. But then I thought of someone I watched do this in real time. About 18 months ago I was on this woman’s email list. She was a machine. Launched 2 offers a month it seemed like. Build up hype, sell for 3-5 days, then do it all over again a few weeks later. I watched her launch 6, maybe 7-8 offers over a few months. Then she dropped an AI course. It took off like a rocket ship. I think she did somewhere north of $300K on that one offer over the next 6 months. Maybe closer to $500K. After that? She no longer launched new offers. She had finally validated an offer. She then put all her time, money, energy and effort into this one offer. She didn’t find this life changing offer by sitting around waiting for the perfect idea to fall out of the sky. She took fast imperfect action and failed forward. That’s the game. Fast action. Fail Forward. I ain’t gonna lie, finding that one validated offer is tough. I’ve launched 15 or so over the last 20 months. Not all of them worked, I’ve had some duds. But I don’t attach my identity to any of them. Don’t let your bitch brain talk you out of launching. Don’t let a failed offer slow you down. “on to the next” needs to be the motto.
