“The idea of waiting for something makes it more exciting.”
This is a quote from Andy Warhol.
I apply it when launching digital products.
Most people drop the ball on building anticipation for their offers.
Here’s how I added 71 people to the Threads Unleashed 2.0 waitlist yesterday

Here’s what I did….
I created an affiliate contest where I’m giving away $1,000 in cold hard cash.
I released the details yesterday at 5:00 pm
I made 3-4 posts on Threads BEFOREHAND teasing the contest details.
I built anticipation.
I got people excited for it.
I had people that were bummed out they were going to be asleep when I released the details of the contest.
Everything I’m doing is creating buzz for Threads Unleashed 2.0.
I’m making it a “can’t miss” event.
I’m hyping it up for 10 days leading up to the launch (launches this Monday, BTW).
I sent an email with a link to the wait list.
I posted the waitlist on Threads 2-3 times yesterday.
I made an IG Story promoting the wait list.
It’s 9:34 am as I write this, and already have 18 who’ve joined today.
The lesson:
Build anticipation for your launch.
Talk about it A LOT.
You have to remember only 5-8% of your social media audiences sees your posts, so posting once/day ain’t gonna cut it.
They say we see like 7,000 messages/day, so you’re talking about your offer once/day, isn’t enough.
You’ll feel like you’re annoying your audience,
That’s ALL in your head.
Scream it from the mountaintops!
YOU GOT THIS 🙌
