We had our 1st flag football game of the season. We lost 18-10. And honestly… it wasn’t even that close. We had 7 players (4 who’ve never played before). The other team had 12 players. They had plays and were calling audibles like they were auditioning for the NFL. Meanwhile, I had to explain what offense is when we have the ball and defense is when the other team has the ball. At one point, I looked at our sideline and thought, “Yeah… this might be a long season.” It was fun. The kids played hard, learning on the fly. Getting a little better each play. I think we found our QB for the season, although, he wants to play running back (typical for 10 year olds). Everyone wants to be the team with the playbook. Few want to be the team that figures it out as they go. But that’s where the growth happens, and the confidence is built. Where you stop overthinking and just play ball. It ain’t much different in the online world we all play in. Far too many are waiting to have it all figured out. Or the right time. Or the perfect plan. Or when the stars align. Or when FILL-IN-THE-BLANK. 92.3% of business you figure out as you go. The landscape is moving so damn fast with this AI stuff. What was working last fall, ain’t working like it was now. I imagine what works now isn’t going to be nearly as effective in October. Stop waiting for the playbook, or trying to design one by tinkering with 37 things. Here’s a stupid simple playbook:
Simple ain’t easy, but it beats waiting for perfect. YOU GOT THIS In your corner, When you’re ready, here are a couple of ways I can help you…
