This morning, I opened my inbox to an email that made my coffee taste even better. Short. Simple. Straight to the point. Here’s the kicker… I helped this guy a few months back. Answered his questions, gave him some direction, and didn’t expect anything in return. Fast forward to this morning: He became a customer again. I’ve been on vacation for 4 days. I’ve sent my daily email every day this week. Why? It’s a habit of mine.
